This project involved structural designing of a state-of-the-art fertilizer manufacturing and storage facility spanning an expansive 100m x 125m. The structure includes clear heights of 6m, 18m, and an impressive 30m in the main tower area, with a clear inside span of 30m. The facility features an 8-floor tower structure engineered to support heavy machinery and specialized equipment critical to fertilizer production. Designed for a highly corrosive environment, the project utilized 1,800 MT of steel to ensure durability and resilience. With precision structural engineering and innovative solutions, the facility meets the rigorous demands of a world-class fertilizer manufacturing plant.
