Project Description

The project involved the design and construction of a state-of-the-art aircraft maintenance hangar for Dassault Reliance Aerospace Ltd. Spanning an impressive 75m x 150m, the hangar boasts of a clear height of 14m and an expansive inside span of 25m x 25m in both directions, enabling seamless operations. Engineered with a 10MT crane featuring a 25m girder span, the facility also includes two levels of mezzanine space for office use. The structure is fortified with double-skin roofing and side cladding for durability and efficiency. A massive 40m x 10m door ensures operational flexibility, while the project consumed an impressive 2000 MT of steel, exemplifying robust engineering and structural precision.
