Job Description- Interacting with clients to get a thorough understanding of various project requirements.
- Project Conceptualization
- Preparing master plans based on various site data.
- Preparing architectural GA and working drawings.
- Coordinating with the in-house structural design team, MEP consultant and client.
- Providing inputs to drafting team
- Ensuring drawings are made and ensuring its accuracy before releasing it for construction.
- Calculating various project quantities as per requirements.
Desired profile- In depth knowledge of Industrial building design – both CIVIL & STEEL.
- Well versed with various design aspects of Industrial building.
- Knowledge of PEB is preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of relevant Indian standards (e.g. National Building Code) and relevant international standards.
- Knowledge of MEP requirements for industrial buildings.
- Knowledge of Ventilation and Lighting requirements for Industrial and commercial building.
Experience : 2 to 5 Years
Qualification : B. E./ B. Tech (Civil) | M. E. / M. Tech (Struct)
